Hi,

You're right, this fixes the issue:
$ git merge origin/prerelease/0.3-0
warning: Failed to merge submodule db (merge following commits not found)
Auto-merging db
CONFLICT (submodule): Merge conflict in db
Automatic merge failed; fix conflicts and then commit the result.
