Yeah it's valuable, but I'm just optimizing this for the time I can spent on it, I already have a patch series that has these things. It's much easier if I can: 1. Apply C translations 2. Apply Shell translations 3. Apply Translation documentation / po/* stuff Then later: 4. Add actual gettext support But not have to deal with bits of #3 while I do #1 and #2. That's all.
