The problem of Git in starting

Hi , Git engineer,

Thanks for your gift of Git so much excellent .

But after I downloaded this Git-1[1].7.3.1-preview20101002.exe ,

I installed this version Git , but when I started Git->Git GUI , and


problem happened , this problem screen picture is put the attached file  ,

and then can't start Git , I have to exit the Git and can't continue to do
anything in Git ..

This problem always happened , whatever I uninstalled Git and reinstalled
Git many times ,

Now I doubt if need to reinstalled Window XP OS .


Would you tell me how to solve this problem , and let me use Git normally
in Window XP OS ,
