[RFC/PATCH v3 4/5] Rename "crlf" attribute as "eolconv"

As discussed at length on the list, "crlf" is a pretty bad name for an
attribute that enables end-of-line conversion, and the addition of "lf"
and "crlf" values for it doesn't help.

Rename the attribute "eolconv", but fall back to "crlf" for backwards
compatibility if "eolconv" is not set.
