I wonder if --listen= might be more appropriate name:
"Listen a.b.c.d:port" (Apache),
"ListenAddress" (ssh daemon).
"--listen-host=" (svnserve).
I wanted to find an example or two who uses "bind" but I think
listen is more popular.
