There is also another capability

   * include-tag

What does it mean? Is it about sending tags if we are sending objects 
they point to, or is it about sending all tags?


P.S. Is hexdigit length case sensitive i.e. 0-9a-f, or is it not
     case sensitive i.e. 0-9a-fA-F?
