I got all the dependencies to configure with export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$INSTALL_PREFIX/lib/pkgconfig:$INSTALL_PREFIX/share/pkgconfig:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig:/us\ r/lib64/pkgconfig:/usr/local/share/pkgconfig:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH There were some other odd issues, like freetype having DOS line endings, but autogen.sh in gimp-10 says it has all dependencies, and I'm ready to try make!
