It looks like you probably installed some sort of bundle of scripts for GIMP to get those. You'll need to get that bundle again or each script individually that you want. I did a quick search and it looks like many of them might be found here: http://www.gimphelp.org/ This is just from a quick google search and is not endorsed by me or GIMP. If it looks familiar to you perhaps that is where you originally downloaded those scripts from.
