What should happen is this: 1. take back control of the http://sourceforge.net/projects/gimp-win/ project page, 2. decommission the project (remove files, text, documents, etc). It looks like SourceForge is too desperate to monetize since they have lost their edge to github. There is no future to Sourceforge.
