Tell your specialist to read the acompaining "COPYING" file, which contains the license for use and redistribution of the Software, the GPL v.3 - Most of the text deals with redistributing the program - as for running, the license simply states that: " This License explicitly affirms your unlimited permission to run the unmodified Program.
