Hi Partha, I hereby confirm that your build is fine on OS X 10.6. How did you manage to build GIMP in a manner that it works for 10.6 _and later_? As far as I know the OS X versions are often incompatible to each other what makes it hard to get a build for various OS X versions. Perhaps that's a solution we can use in the upstream sources?
