Hi Adhit, Sorry, I didn't have time to give a look at your files. Anyway, it has passed a long time since that e-mail and something probably changed meanwhile. I haven't build gimp for windows in a long time. The good news is that there are nightly builds for windows at: http://nightly.darkrefraction.com/gimp/. It uses drawoc's build system: https://github.com/drawoc/windows-gimp-jhbuild, you should give a look at it. If you have any problem running these, tell us.
