Registering a plugin in the <Dynamics> menu

[Ofnuts <ofnuts@xxxxxxxxxxx>]

What is the name of the menu in the Dynamics list? There are 
<Brushes>/<Fonts>/<Gradients> menu locations matching the 
brushes/fonts/gradients in the user profile, by no <Dynamics>. Does it 
exist? Or is it named differently?
