We in Audacity project receive a good *dozen* emails a *week* like yours even though we state in FAQ that a) yes we know about such cases and that b) there is nothing we can do about such rebranding, so c) we don't bloody care. There have been ripoffs of Audacity, GIMP, OpenOffice.org and even Inkscape for ages, and they still will exist as long as there are clever dicks around. Everyone knows that.
