On my desktop, I have dual monitors, so it makes sense to split the windows up. So yeah, +1 vote for single-window mode. One thing I'd like is to have multiple columns of dockable dialogs per window, instead of limiting to just one column. Also, I'd find it useful to dock some dockable dialogs into the image window but not all of them.
