As I already said, script-fu-server is nothing but a code example to show you how a plug-in can export the PDB functionality. If you actually need such an interface, I suggest that you start from scratch after having understood how script-fu-server works. If I would be in the need to control GIMP from outside, I'd write an extension that exports the PDB over D-Bus. That should be relatively easy and it would be useful enough that we should consider to include it instead of the script-fu-server code, which is pretty much useless except as an example.
