Ive made a plugin for gimp id like to share tho buggy as i have no time to
work on it any more. Its supposed to do something like that:

But it works in the same way that this plugin: http://liquidrescale.wikidot.com/ ? or has more features?
If have diferent features maybe both (you and the guys of Liquid Rescale) can join efforts.
