Gimp eyedropper vs Nvidea (window becomes active under cursor)

Under Windows would it be possible to implement a code to switch off the NVIDEA function (as long as the eyedropper is active) which makes the window under the mouse cursor active?

I activate the eyedropper and as soon as I move to another window outside of Gimp this window gets active and Gimp gets inactive so I'm not able to select a color.

Of course I could disable this function but I like it.
