It shouldn't hurt much since on a 128MB system you will need to have
some amount of swap space anyway. Setting the tile cache to a large
value doesn't mean that all this memory is used.

Actually, if you only have 128MB RAM in your system, setting the tile
cache to 128MB is probably the best you can do.
