Banning attachments and HTML email might be a tolerable compromise. At worst any real people sending to bugs will know to resend or use http://bugzilla.gnome.org instead if they are unwilling or unable to not send as HTML. Just a suggestion to consider, feel free to kill the address if you prefer. - Alan
