My apologies, the link I clicked on mentioned this advisory board, but then lead to a general (and still useful!) site that collects information for and against software patents. The group I was talking about is a sub-group of the Dutch chapter of the ISOC, called ISOC/EGOS (Expert Group on Open Source).
