does anybody have a script/plugin that can be used
for 'peak integration' ? ie given a b/w image with 'spots' measure
total intensity in a box and substract 'background' ?
(ie two boxes need defined, or better make it auto ...
ie click in centre abd then decide what's spot and what
backgr. within some threshold limits ...)
Its basically a little extension to 'Histogram' ...
Can be amazingly usefull for folks in my field
(mol.biology/biochemistry)
where we often have 'peaks' on an image with background
and we want to quantify ...
