Since some time now (a month at least) I get a very strange message
when checking in the gimp ChangeLog file:
cerebro:~/cvs/gnome/gimp# cvs ci -m "" ChangeLog gimp.m4

Checking in gimp.m4;

new revision: 1.9; previous revision: 1.8 done
I am not sure wether this is a local message or not, a quick grep through
CVSROOT didn't show any obvious problems, but I think I'd better report
it.
