Just asking because it does here and elsewhere not.... I reproduce it here on both the laptop (Intel PIII RH 6.2) and SGI (Indigo, O2 Irix 6.5.8) on current (well, Thursday current) CVS Gimp. More often on low resolution slider settings. Saving while updating is ongoing may be a fruitful line of inquiry. I was hitting OK immediately after adjusting the slider. Be good, be well Garry
