> prep4gif Ok, looked at it. What is breaking for you? Seems to work for me. If you don't have 2 layers, it tells you that you need 2, and exits. Is this what you're seeing? I should make the help far more explicit, and perhaps change the name to something more descriptive as well... But thats far from "not working at all".
