I didn't second to disable installation of _all_ scripts. I just aggreed that scripts that are not working due to unfulfilled dependencies should not be installed. If this is the current situation, then I did not knew this. I must admit that in the last months I haven't tried to install gimp on systems that do not have all the necessary parts installed. If I did, I disabled Perl on configure. My experiences are probably not reflecting the current situation. Please excuse. Salut, Sven
