I hope this is the right place to send this, if not please forgive me. I have a few .tiff files of clip art I am attempting to work with. They load just fine on a windows machine. but on mine I get errors wit xv, ee, and the GIMP, then they all crash. For the timebeing I'll just convert the files in Windows and then work with them in Linux. Here is my machine's setup if it helps. Abit BP6 w/ 2 celron 366s not overclocked 128 megs ram, g400 video Linux-Mandrake 7.0 final. GIMP 1.1.16 libtiff.so.3.4
