I think I mentioned this before, did someone say they won't be in "consumer"
ie 1.2.x builds of Gimp?

When you're debugging trivial crash errors in Gimp the handlers are often
the best way to get traces out quickly, but 99% of the time they are
just an annoying and extraordinary thing. Can we (by default) disable them?
