gimpdoc and html-pdbdocs updated

I've updated gimpdoc to display the additional plug-in information
(menupath, imagetypes...), solving my most frequent question: where is
that dman %$&%$ plugh-in in my menus?

I also updated the pdb doc tree at http://www.goof.com/pcg/marc/pdb/ to
reflect the many changes in the pdb!
