damned lies for translation status

I just checked the russian translation status on damned lies site http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/ru/gnome-gimp/doc/ and for the files I have fully translated (the layer and select menu) it doesn't show 100%.
The tool tools/get_po_status.pl shows 100%. What gives?
