Hi Roman,

so who can decide what to do? Which of the files is new/old - how  
could they be created anyways? Can we get _one_ name to solve this  
conflict - if more than one tries to we will probably get some mess...

... I saw Ulf fix the decompose.xml recently anyways, so Ulf can you  
help here please?
