Target milestones are, just in case you didn't know. While you're saying that, having the bugs listed for the manual independently from GIMP would be a good start. It just would be helpfull to manage bugs for future releases. Just to keep in mind what is missing and what should be done. Managing it through a WIKI page can become kind of cumbersome...
