So either the docbook stylesheets are missing or the XML catalog is
broken. You may try to install the following package:
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/2298689/com/docbook-style-xsl-1.69.1-1mdk.noarch.rpm.html
I don't know if docbook stylesheets are provided with the Mandriva
Installation CD's, but you probably may have a look at the package list.
