NO WE DID NOT TALK ABOUT GIMP NOR GIMP-DOCS
Roman just suspected, that a software we currently use to translate docbook (an xml dialect) into (la)tex (which then is used to produce the pdf) is an open source project that lacks of development and support.
Please don't panic,

Yes - it seems to be a bug which is not removed (Actually, I've the bad
feeling that the project seems to be dead ... hopefully not). Check the
file and remove one of the duplicated template with this id.
