I don't remember seeing someone reply to this.
I've had the message about two different plugins in the past. It often
arises from a change in the name of a file that provides a given operation.
The operation still exist in the install directory under the old names and
cause a conflict with the operation under the new name.
What I wind up doing to fix the issue is remove all the old installed GEGL
binary files and do a fresh install.
