Weird. We have no control over those mirrors though.

There are dozens of mirrors of ftp.gnu.org in the US though, and all
GCC releases are also available from ftp.gnu.org and its mirrors:
https://bigsearcher.com/mirrors/gcc/releases/

http://mirrors.concertpass.com/gcc/releases/ has up to the 12.2
release but nothing newer.
https://bigsearcher.com/mirrors/gcc/releases/ has empty directories
for everything after 12.2
http://www.netgull.com/gcc/releases/ stopped updating long before 12.2
