Unable to use gcc for compiling

Hello Team,

 

I am a bit new to GCC, so downloaded 13.1.0 from -
https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gcc/gcc-13.1.0/

Download the zip file == gcc-13.1.0.tar.gz

 

I unzipped it to a folder, now - I cannot see the bin folder or gcc.exe or
make.exe ?

 

Can anyone please help. Where am I missing.
