It built out *gcc-11.0.1*
Obviously. Because you used commit r11-8201.
Use the releases/gcc-10 branch, and make sure it matches
origin/releases/gcc-10 (and is not a copy of trunk that you've called
gcc-10 somehow).
The problem is your use of git, not GCC.
