Documentation for packaging GCC

Hello gcc-help, I recently released a slightly modified version of 
gcc-ada as part of a joke/experiment 
(https://github.com/AdaPlusPlus/gcc) and I would like to package and 
build this version for distribution on Windows, Mac, and x64 
debian-based linux.

Is there an official centralized page or a set of pages that describes 
how to do so?
