You should provide instructions for another person to reproduce the problem. In this case that probably implies: 1) an archive of source code, or instructions how to retrieve it 2) command line that causes the ICE In many bugreports output of 'gcc -v' is also useful so people don't need to ask how exactly your compiler was configured.
