Yes, I think I have the proper flag added.

CMAKE file looks like this:

SET(CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS "${CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS} -Wall -Werror=maybe-uninitialized
-std=gnu++0x --coverage -fprofile-arcs -ftest-coverage -lpthread")
