I went to happen than rpm libgcc is installed on my system !
rpm -i libgcc
libgcc/ libgcc-9.1.1-2.fc31.x86_64.rpm
root@bitfenix-server:/opt# rpm -i libgcc-9.1.1-2.fc31.x86_64.rpm
rpm: RPM should not be used directly install RPM packages, use Alien instead!
rpm: However assuming you know what you are doing...
attention : libgcc-9.1.1-2.fc31.x86_64.rpm: Entête V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, clé ID 3c3359c4: NOKEY
paquet libgcc-9.1.1-2.fc31.x86_64 déjà installé
Do I need to install gcc if I have libgcc installed ?
