profiled bootstrap and supported boothstrap configs?

Hi,
AFAIU, make profiled-bootstrap essentially builds the compiler with
profile-feedback ?
I have seen this used along with LTO bootstrap config, I am wondering
whether it works with other  bootstrap-configs like bootstrap-O3,
bootstrap-O1, bootstrap-ubsan etc. ?
