Subject: gcc on iMac running Sierra

The make to do gcc build fails looking for /usr/include. That file directory does not exist in
in latest Mac OS(10.12.2). Guess it’s looking for /usr/local/include, since that’s where gimp, mac, and mpfr
were placed. The installation went smoothly on an ubuntu linux system.
