As it says at https://gcc.gnu.org/install/ the page you are looking at "refers to the current development sources, instructions for specific released versions are included with the sources. " The current development sources work with ISL 0.15, so the prerequisites page was updated to document that, in https://gcc.gnu.org/r226211 That only happened a few months ago on trunk. For 5.2.0, as it says in the instructions in the 5.2.0 sources, 0.15 is not supported.
