Specify multiple --with-native-system-header-dir

Hi. I have the Linux kernel headers installed in one directory, and
the glibc headers installed in a second directory. When I configure
GCC how do I specify the location of these two separate directories?
Can I specify a colon separated list to
--with-native-system-header-dir?

A related question, how do I specify the location of the glibc
libraries and startup files, when it's not /lib and also different
than (--prefix)/lib?

Cheers,
Shaun
