4.3 (see https://gcc.gnu.org/projects/cxx0x.html) but it's not much
use knowing when support started appearing if you need to use a
feature that wasn't supported until later.

GCC 4.8.1 has complete C++11 language support, 5.1 has complete C++11
library support.
