It's much simpler just to install them from yum. Running this as root
will install the 64-bit and 32-bit devel packages for each:
yum install {gmp,mpfr,libmpc}-devel.{x86_64,i686}
You might want to uninstall the hand-built packages first, so they
don't interfere.
