Well, I agree with Ian Lance Taylor, but I don't think gcc has the 
option --disable-dlopen.

So you can make sure whether you have libdl
or you can try --disable-shared
or you can comment out libstdc++-v3/configure.ac <http://configure.ac> 
AC_LIBTOOL_DLOPEN
