Binary literals in C++1y

The page at http://gcc.gnu.org/projects/cxx1y.html says that binary 
literals are not supported in GCC, but the paper linked claims that they 
are a feature standardized from GCC.  Are there differences between the 
two such that GCC does not match the paper?  Otherwise, it might be good 
to update the Web site.  Thank you.
